Been asked to quote cutting slabs of cobalt chrome, UNS R31537, .060 thick off of a 2.0 x 2.0 bar of material.
From what I can gather this is probably going to be a very hard material to cut.
Does anyone have any experience they can share about cutting it?
Does it warp when cut? And what kind of speeds with .010 wire?
We are running Sodick AG600L machines, they are about 10 years old.
