Default Edm (sparker) and CAM software

The is may be a silly question but...

Do you use a cam program to guide your spark eroder?

We have a couple of ingersol sparkers (gantry 500 and ????400) . The guys working them work from drawings and manual program the work .It struck me as not very efficient and wondered about CAM software ( or a post proc for the alaphacam we already use for the mills)

I use Cimatron. Makes it pretty simple. In my opinion it's the best software out there. There is of course several options for software out there.

If your machines have Mits contols should be simple .

I also use Cimatron and really like it. We are trying to "how do you say it nicely " get our edm guys to try a utilize a new software. Its tough to encourage change when what you are doing works.

We are currently shopping for a new sinker and if you don't mind would like to ask a few questions about your Mitsubishi utilizing Cimatron.
