Hansvedt 150

I have just recently acquired two Hansvedt SM 150B machines from the 80's.
The machinist that owned these past away and left them to his wife. They have
sat for a long while and I have been able to get them wired up and started to
check them out. While they power up the Ram will not go up or down, Both the
Hydraulic and coolant pump run. The EDM Power seems to be working but can't
test, because Ram will not move.

I would like to test the Servo directly to see if that is OK. I think it maybe
the automatic servo control board because they where really dirty and smoke
was coming from the small 24v transformer. Turned out to be some wax out of it
that went on a 100 ohm resister. But still think that the board is bad.
I would like to rule out the pump and Valve.

Any help would be appreciated or point me in the right direction.
I have a wiring diagram of the circuit but does not show the Servo Valve wiring.

I have a Hansvedt 150b that has some issues. When gap power is pressed the machine shuts down. Also the edge detector function doesn't work. I'd like to get a circuit.

You said you have 2 machines ? Are they not the same? Just swap boards or servos to determine where your problem is.
