problem is book is written for usa 110v and i am in europe on 220v
so rest of it is kinda ok part wise
but transformators are problem
book say i need 3 10amp 24vac then they need to be rectified so output will be 110vdc
later it say some modell's with 12 amp 24 vac so these will be ok too
so model parts are from 2011 and i find one that seems to work with 220v
TST 300/011 INDEL - Transformer: toroidal | 300VA; 230VAC; 24V; 12.5A; 2.9kg; O: 118mm; TST300W/24V | TME - Electronic components
toroidal type
anyone know will these work for that pcb from book ?

i was thinking to buy 220v to 110v ac step down and buy 110v versions but none of these by product numbers are in these shops bom for book was from 2011
i look for that yahhoo group but it was shut down ,nothing on book site
i find some ask same question but answer is idiotic for me pay loadd of $ to electric guy,so i ask friend he is electrician
he just look at me like seen ghost it's just transformer but rest in pcb he dont know will it do any bad to it
so need to ask
i build looad of amps for guitars but never have this 110v ac problem
every data sheet or plan included 220v version bom if needed
can anyone help pls ?

Hi gumbii,

Are you trying to build the PCB in the book? I mean you can put the toroidal transformer it will only step down your voltage from 220V to 24Vac.

Best Regards.
