Hole centering G71

I am running a fanuc 18i-w wire cutter and using. G71 X.25
M00
And updating the relative positioning by manually typing in X0 input and Y0 input.
How do i get the program to update the hole center position automatically?

Seymour is correct. Any centering command should be followed with a G92 line.
