We are starting a sinker job with Inconel 718. Could really use some generic settings advice. Machine is an Eltee TRM-21.
We are orbit machining a VERY small (-003) internal o-ring groove. The finish electrodes are incredibly fragile with only a 0.035 shank. We are using copper-tungsten electrodes. I might be able to rough using graphite if that is better/faster for the Inco 718.
We also are plunge-ing a larger o-ring face groove and need to achieve the best edm finish possible on both grooves, so could use some generic Inconel advice there also.
