I was wondering if someone could share how the wired the power supply on a their Wire EDM.
The mits 1200 we bought has a power supply on wheels so it can be moved out of the way. They said it would run on a 50amp circut. I have a 50amp breaker and some #8THHN I was planning to use. THHN is rated at 55amps. They recommended that I use something flexable so the cabinet can be rolled a little to facilitate servicing the machine.
I was considering something like SOOW however from what I can find #8 is only rated from 35 amps.
Only other thing I can think of is to use LiquidTight Flexible metal couduit.
Any suggestions??
