I have problems with our Makino U32J.

The machine is not performing a good taper process.

Any idea how to fix it?

There are several things to verify for Taper Machining, and below are a few questions...

What specific issue are you seeing on your part?

What is the thickness of your part?

What is the angle of taper you are machining?

What type of wire are you using?

What type of Machining Condition are you using (should be the Taper or Both Away settings)?

How was the part programmed...is this a 4-Axis Program or T - Taper Values using G51/G52?

What are the current Taper Data settings, and do you have these in the program using the G95 statement?
