In need of Esprit W help

I have a drawing that came to me in Esprit's .ESW format that has dimensioning done in Esprit on it. I can not seem to translate it into Dxf or Iges for viewing on AutoCAD with out loosing all of the dimensioning. Just looking to save the time to redraw the whole thing. Anyone know the trick?

If you want to forward the drawing to me at my work address I will try to convert it for you into the format you want. I use Esprit every day at work.
