+GF+ Technology issues and wirelines

Good morning all.
I work for a die maker in New Zealand, we run 2x Robofil 240s, 3 GF Cut200sp, and a Cut300sp.
Now the problem we have is we run 3 pass wire cut for our profiles and due to the nature of an extrusion die we cannot have perfect flushing conditions due to dishings etc. The problem i am having is on our smaller cutting thicknesses; e.g 2.5mm thick, or varying cutting thicknesses in the section such as 5mm into 3 into 1.5 etc etc. They are closed profiles.
The issue i encounter is on these the roughing cut and the 1st skim are good, then the second skim is leaving a barcodes like finish even on the straights. The technology generator for the machine is not that great, will wire break on a roughing cut off the generated tec due to a far shorter offtime than needed.
I am looking for pointers from people who have encountered these issues, they run fine on our older machines but then not on these new ones.
Cheers
