For those of who knew James Audet, the news of his passing to
prostrate cancer was a blow.

If you had an old Charmilles sinker James knew how to help
you diagnosis the problems and get it fixed.

He was always very helpful and patient. He is the reason I have
a working Charmilles Roboform 200 today.

He was a Agie/Charmilles tech for many years, and help many of
the new techs get started in the field.

He was always very enthusiastic, and right there with you -
He will be greatly missed.

Well ... damnx2.

This is sad news indeed.

James spent many an hour on the phone with me when we had problems with our Charmilles-Andrew wire-edm's.

He was always polite and never failed to help us solve a problem.

You can see his can-do attitude in the technicians he helped train.

People like James and their dedication to customer service are the primary reason we have stuck with Charmilles through the years.

Let's hope Charmilles doesn't forget that, or him.

This is indeed a sad day for all of us who knew James. I have personally spent many hours on the phone with James resolving one problem or another. James was what all service techs should aspire to be. He will be greatly missed.

When recently speaking to a long-time Charmilles Tech, I mentioned James and heard of his passing. He used to be my 1998 Robofil 400 guru. He had all the patience needed and knew how to get to the problem. He was an avid fly fisherman I believe him telling me years ago. The world needs more like James Audette.

I got alot of his news letters ,notes and emails to other techs.
He's helped me out a hundred times.
His tips and tricks he shared.
great guy never got to meet him tho.
Would have loved to work with them guys back then.
