Looking for some help here. This is our first Sinker. I went on a limb and purchased a used Charmille Roboform 20,1991 year model. Ive got the power ran to it but when we turn it on we get a screen with 4 options, Monitor, Charger, Initialize and Continue. It doesn't matter which option I press the machine does nothing. Am I missing something. Do I need to press or do something else? Is there a disk I need to load. Im pretty lost on this one

we have an Agie that is a little newer here, runs DOS on a internal PC.
Agie and Charmille are both serviced by George Fischer. I could not say enough good about the phone tech support they gave us when we first got ours.

I just had them out at my shop. Our machine is a 93. They got my machine up and running. We bought it a year ago. We didnt know that it sat for 4 years before that. It took them some time but it is up and running without an issue.
Getting them in your shop takes time. When they would have to leave and come back it was 3-4 weeks in between. But i never had an issue with phone support. I would give them a call back.
