I am still plugging away at getting my Brother operational, I'm at the point that I need some water in the tank to test the wire threader. The tank divider had been caulked with some sort of goop but in filling the clean side I noticed that the goop was leaking. After tearing out all the goop I noticed that the intermittent welds that hold the separator in place were mostly broken.
After I tack the divider back in place what kind of goop should I use to reseal? It looks like some sort of goop would have been required right from the factory.
