Sodick AG600L

We have 2 Sodick AG600L machines withe LN2W control.

One machine has nearly zero spool tension so sometimes it will unwind alot of wire on threading. The other machine has a great spool tension. I have not been able to locate in the manuals or by comparing parameters where the spool tension is set.

Help!

I do not have a LN2W control, but try going to Settings and going to your User 2 page. I have a LP33w control, but i do not know if they are similar or not. Hope that helps ya

Standard back tension per the Sodick manual is...

11lbs spool
standard awt backten = 80
std wire broken backten = 65
standard thread backten =80

18-22 lbs spool add 10 to each parameter.

I have settings for the jumbo spooler as well
