i am tig welding aluminium bronze with ERCuNiAl electrode the thickness is 10 mm and the preheat is almost 100 C degrees the current is DCEN and almost 150A as a cast repair. after the welding when i am machining the part the casting flaws appear again
recently i had a new problem and i had cracks on the part
can you help me what should i do to get rid of cracks and casting flaws?

If you have casting flaws, you have casting flaws. Evidence sez they are not "trivial".

TiG can only do but so much. Helpful, yes. Magical, not. A "time machine" to go back and PREVENT a bad casting it was never.

You need better starting material.

What you HAVE could even be too contaminated to deliver sound parts if smelted and re-cast?

Can't tell from HERE, but if so?

No Fine Way TiG can fix that.

It is actually EASIER to make it WORSE and HARD to not do!

:(
