Big ass hossfeld bender, what do I got?

Anyone know anything about hossfeld special long frame benders? I have one on my barn attic that I'm on the ropes about keeping or not. So far Google hasn't told me anything, the largest bender I've found information on is the number 2.Will this bender use the same dies as a number 2?

Cool piece! I think your best bet to get more information is to call Hossfeld and talk to Rollie.

I would imagine that if it takes a 1" center pin, and the other holes are 3/4", that standard #2 tooling would also work, but calling them would get you a more definitive answer. Looks like you have a nice setup with the hydraulic unit.

thats just a no 2 with a long frame.
you used to be able to order them, dont know if they still make em.
Its that long so you can use larger radius dies- but, mostly for thin wall stuff- doesnt mean you can hand bend 4" schedule 40 or anything like that.

I would agree, call up hossfeld, they can explain why it was built like that, and what dies it was made to fit.
