Looking at buying a 10-15kw fiber laser to replace our plasma cutter. We cut up to 1 1/4" a lot of 3/4" and various smaller sheets. The plasma runs all day every day. We either need to buy a second plasma table or a laser. By the time we buy the second plasma table and pay for consumables, labour etc I think it's going to be less production and more money than the fiber laser.
Have been looking at Lvd and eagle so far. I know of all the other major brands. Is there anything in particular that makes one brand better than the other or anything to look for? Obviously a huge investment and just want to make sure I have my bases covered.
