Mine (6' 12 gauge box and pan) was made in Mexico. My understanding is they went to Mexico first, then to Taiwan.
No complaints with my made in Mexico one, and no noticeable difference from the American ones.
I don't know when the factory changes were made, but assuming the date tag on the one in the link is right (I'm not entirely convinced), they went to Taiwan in the 90s, which would put my Mexico one from before that.

4th post here, guy says he's got all 3, and no noticeable difference.
