Picked this up at a local resale shop if nothing more for the 3/4" threaded "wing nut" that I could use to make a fixture with.
Before I cut it apart, hoping someone has seen one of these and can tell me what its original purpose was.
Loop would fit around 1-1/4" od pipe/tube
