I was hoping someone might be able to help me wit some measurements for the parts circled in the photo, my shear is missing these. the pivots are pretty straightforward so should be able to get them right but the lifting bars i would prefer to make once so i would like to know the geomatry correct. Is anyone able to trace the bars from there shear on a bit of graph paper and post it?
thanks
Darrell

The pivot is 0.5" wide x 0.75" tall and 1.5" deep

The lifting bar is as shown in the photo (1 square = 0.2"). It is bent from 0.5" square steel.

Well got her fixed, must be a bit of variety in the hold downs over the years as the ones i copied weren't quite right and had to be modified quite a bit to work. Thanks again crrmeyer it gave me a good place to start.

Someone on another board requested a drawing of the pivot block (hold down trunnion as Di-Acro calls them). So I created a drawing of it for future reference for anyone else who needs to make one. Hopefully it is useful.
