Any idea where I could get this bolt to anchor into concrete for the same restaurant furniture application?

Those are probably machine bolts with button heads threaded into metal drop ins with machine threads, pull one out and look to be sure

If you are able to countersink the holes you could use these.

i often end up replacing the bolt in wedge anchors, yeah in theory you can just buy the sleeves, practice its easier more readily available and cheaper to just buy them with any old bolt and swap in to your hearts desire.

Not a fan of the drop in sleeves you hammer the pin down into to expand, they don't always hold good in crappy concrete and theres no easy removal, wedge anchors are easy to remove.

Cutting a wedge on the end of my chosen bolts i have even had reasonable sucess with resin capsules, Hellishly strong pull out even in crap UK concrete,
