Touching up chipped AWJ nozzles

I bought a lot of low hour Kennametal nozzles and some have lightly chipped tips. Is touching up the tip on the surface grinder for resale a worthwhile endeavour? The orifices measure on size so I am not sure the harm reducing the 4” length by 1/32 or less would cause.

That was my impression from what I'd read as well. It seems the nozzles develop a wave like pattern throughout that isn't vert prominent or not there at all on some of the chipped ones in the lot.

At the same time some boxes were labeled "straight cuts only" or other identifiers so there must be some effect by the tip damage and if a careful resurfacing might make them worthwhile to someone I'd undergo the effort with a diamond wheel.

The kennametal roctec nozzles are supposed to be good for 125hrs of finish cutting and 250hrs of rough cutting and I have the impression that many of these oops haven't paid their dues yet.
