Default What type of clamp is this?

I'm guessing it's a welding clamp, bit haven't seen this type before. Any info appreciated! No makers mark, but W 61460 stamped in

    Thanks

Toggle clamp. Sometimes called aircraft type.

They're adjusted to fit a certain size opening and closure (by turning the screws). So they're commonly used for repeat operations in jigs and fixtures (woodworking, drilling, riveting, etc.).

All sorts of variations available. Look up "Destaco" -- one of the original makers -- for more examples.

Looks like a normal squeeze clamp. Here is a link to a common brand.
