Does Anyone have any bright ideas on how I could reinforce the Bending Leaf on my Box and Pan brake. I work in a small metal working shop where I Fabricate Aluminum cabinets. I'm having trouble producing tight bends where the flange is roughly about a 0.125 or under. I would also be interested in perhaps any descent machines that might produce these types of bends better without draining a bank account.

Thanks,

Don't know what gage metal you are working with. I use a Roper Whitney Mag-a-bend brake and it works well for me. The cost is about $2000. If you have never seen or used one you have missed a very good piece of equipment.
