I have the same mill and I have never been able to find any info on it. It is a good sturdy compact machine and it has turned out some good projects.
If you find any info let me know

Hi, I also have the Sommer & Adams Cleveland Milling Machine No1. I recently purchased a copy of several documents on this machine and have scanned them and added them to Sommer & Adams Co. - Publication Reprints | VintageMachinery.org
The parts catalog is particularly useful since it has a complete parts list for the machine. Hope this is useful to other users.
