what type of collet is this

this collet says "Davenport Machine Tool CO Rochester N.Y." from the threaded end to the end of the taper it measures about 4.3" the threaded area is .850" the body just above the thread measures .871" above that it steps down and measures .810. it has no master spline and the collet sAYS IT IS SIZE .143 AND IT HAS THREE BLIND HOLES ON THE COLLET FACE. what other info do you guys need
 
Sounds to me like a collet for a Davenport 5 spindle screw machine. It does not need a key as it is screwed into a draw tube that is opened and closed with a cammed actuator and it is for .143 diameter stock.
