1980 Busy Bee FC-30A vertical mill buying

Hello all, Looking to buy an 1980 Busy Bee FC-30A vertical mill with vice and some tooling. It is very similar to the Ecno 105-1117 but with some minor differences. He is asking 1000 for all. Is that a fair deal?

I was intrigued enough by " Busy Bee " to look them up Tony's lathes site. Some of the big machines look very interesting and very versatile. They aren't bench top machines.
