What inserts are anyone having luck with? We are chewing through them every part and not so good life. Currently trying the Sandvik CNMG 432 PR 4325

We use those same inserts, but we don't run them at the speeds and feeds you are.

43x0V you need to be down around 120-140m/min to get any kind of tool life.
For Sandvik in those grades I always use the hardest grades available - 4305.
Tungaloy are my goto currently. T9215 grade is an excellent performer in these kinds of steels.

I have not been able to find the Tungaloy inserts. Best we have found are Kennametal.
But we can still not reliably get through one part. This material is the devil
