Add 4th to Fanuc 16Ois-M

Does anyone have any experience adding a 4th to a Fanuc 16Ois-M control? Specifically this is an OKK mill. I've found some brief references that make it seem possible, but I need some more confidence before I buy the machine.

It should be no problem based on the control but that is all the info you gave us besides it's OKK. The 160 control is their higher end Windows based control. For that reason, I would steer clear of that. But Fanuc probably supports them still but try getting Fanuc to support the Windows side. I ran an Okada with a 160i and it was a very nice machine. Windows on a CNC scares the crap out of me. I think it ran Windows 95'. All that being said, the 16/160 controls certainly supported a 4th axis.
