Attachment for Cadillac 1760; What is it??

I purchased a First Gen. Cadillac 1760. Came with tooling, steady and follow rest, other stuff .. and .... these. There are places for them to bolt on the back side of the bed and the paint matches. I looked into taper and tracer attachments but nothing in the pictures I found looked anything like these. Appears, to me, like something that goes between the two is missing. But it could be in an unopened box also.

Any help is appreciated.

Could that be the template holder for the tracer attachment?

Great. I have the template holder.

So now do I: A) Buy the Cadillac tracer, B) Try to sell the template holders or, C) Keep and maybe cannibalize them to build something in the future.

This machining hobby is just full of quandaries.

Doesn't look like the template rig from the Cadillac I have run but that was an attachment on a Clausing. If it bolts to the back of the bed that is a good guess.
