Buck chuck accessories....

Buck chuck replacement parts....

I need one of these and don’t know what the call them? Thrust washer, split washer, split spacer....

I took my Buck Adjust Tru apart today and there was only one half of this part in there.

I feel there should be two pieces. One for the scroll half and one for the other?

If someone could please point me in the direction to find one, I would greatly appreciate it.

I looked on the Buck website and it appears the pinion is pinned now instead of this split washer piece.

I would call it a thrust washer.

Just make one.

Do you have any suggestions on what material it needs to be made from?

Bison Chuck calls them a locking ring and they sell several sizes but am unsure how they are measured or if they would even work for my Buck.

I would get a piece of 4140 pre-hard and make it out of that.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’m going to call Buck tomorrow and ask if they have a set I could buy and go from there.

The Bison ones were pretty cheap so I’m hoping Buck has a set for a reasonable price.

If not, I may source a piece of material and attempt to make one. Thanks again.
