Can anyone define this thread?

2.2500-16 ACME - JB LE.500 PER SPEC PWA 363. I have this info for a female thread. I do not have a male part or gauge. I can make a male gauge if I can define the thread. Thanks for your info.
 
From a little google fu it looks like PWA 363 is a Pratt and Whitney specification.

If you are making a part for them, they should be providing you with all the specs called out on the drawing.
 
My guess is that the spec in question is a list of special requirements like processing steps, non-standard surface quality metrics, and various things not called out on regular threading specifications. Doubt it has much to do with specific geometry for the thread in question, but I could be way off. Yes, if you are making the part and need the spec, just ask - these kinds of things are regularly transferred to vendors.
