About 6” long and various widths the teeth are sharp I think they must be a broach of some kind but they have no taper to them so wouldn’t cut.

I'll bet a quarter they are cutters for a keyseater, but no idea what brand/model.

There were La Point broaching machines at P&WA in the mid sixties that had a long line of similar cutters bolted on the vertical ram
