Can't Close Pictures On This Forum

I've noticed for about the last two weeks that when I view a picture that someone has included in their post, there is no 'Close' button on the picture.

I have to click on the ‘Back’ button on my browser, find the thread, then re-open it then scroll down to where I was previously reading. Same problem on two computers, on different browsers, on different ISPs, etc.

Anybody else having this problem?

It has always done that for me on certain photos. Try pressing the "Esc" button on a PC.

Try also a "Ctrl" and the "minus" symbol. More than once.

Or the "zoom" slider if you have one.

Or the page-scroll.

When the "X" or "Close" tab to manage a window seems to have vanished, it is often simply off-screen from positioning and/or more zoom than the screen can fully display.

Yah can also program a button on the thumb-ball or wheel mouse to pop it back to "normal". Crtl-"0" (zero).

Don't forget browsers can be made to "remember" different zoom levels for different websites and pages. Which can help. Or hinder.
