See if you can find the local distributor of arcspray consumables,"metco" was one brand,the rep will know if anyone does what you want.

Another place to look may be automotive engine rebuilders. They might be able to tell you where to go. Crankshaft grinders should have that equipment, and the rebuild shops will know who they are.

Try google, "metalizing near me". There's several over near Huston in your case. Normally CI is sprayed with nickel aluminide if it's thermal & there are several different materials for arc-wire or plasma.
