Chuck - screw jaws

Hi, I design chuck with screw jaws. And there is created load on screw. Thread on screw is TR24x5. Do you think its problem? There will be created higher torque and wear. But how much? Must I calculate with it? Do you have expirience with it? Load is in picture. Pictures are on links.
