Cintimill 205 Power Feed Issues

Hello,

I am looking to fix a few issues on my Cincinnati.

Power feeds work. They are powered off a separate motor on the left side of the knee (from standing in front of the machine)

However, they don't work well. My rapid traverse lever is stuck and the machine is therefore stuck in rapid traverse mode. Y and Z axes work fine, but the X axis lever will not engage at all, and grinds/buzzes gears when you try to.

Any ideas on how to free up the rapid traverse lever, and fix the X axis?

Attached below are some pictures:

I've gotten the machine torn apart thanks to a manual from Vintage Machinery on the 205.. This includes the entire front panel on the machine. When it's complete, I'll post pictures of the progress and some tricks for doing it. However I am currently stuck in removing the rapid traverse shaft which contains the currently broken clutch.

I am in need of a Cincinnati expert, are there any on this forum who could lend assistance?
