Fray all angle mill

I will be looking one of these Fray mills next week to sell for a widow. Supposedly it is well tooled. I have no experience with them so have no idea what they are worth or their marketability. Does anyone have a suggestion on price?

I paid $1500 for one in good condition with very little tooling. NMTB 30 spindle with a partial set of Ericson collets, tired drill chuck and a couple end mill holders. Not even a vice. I didn't find it the minute it hit Craigslist. It had been there a while, but it suited my desires.

Thanks for the comp. Hopefully this is well tooled as the PO was a lifelong machinist and did a lot of work on it at home after he retired.

I forgot to add, mine is vertical only. The vertical/horizontal combination should probably be worth a little more.
Also, the back gears are out of mine. That seems to be common, and with the VFD, I don't miss them.
