Clausing Colchester part removal help

Can somebody tell me what I need to do to remove this apron dial? Somethings not right in there and I’d like to fix it. I have the three screws out but unable to pull it off
Now I just got to figure out how to post pictures
I did read about using photo bucket but I’m going to try a different service as I don’t want to pay for photo bucket

Call Clausing Industrial up (with model number and serial number in hand) and purchase the manual.

If You call Clausing a pdf of the manual is free, at least mine was.

I do have the manual and I’m pretty good at figuring things out but this one’s got me stymied
I think something has fallen apart inside and is keeping it from coming off. Sooner or later I’ll get it figured out
