Coolant system for mill and lathe for drilling large holes

I’m looking for a set up to use on my mill to lubricate drill bits, etc for drilling large holes. Cutting oil makes such a mess. I usually weld on the material then also. But I’m wondering if I want to go with flood milling or like a mist system or is there a different system to use. I’d like to use the system on my lathe also for drilling large holes. Thanks for any info.

I like the Noga mist cooling setup, using KoolMist and a really small compressor, for general machine work. Works well "for drilling large holes", at least within a normal range of large diameters. Versatile (easily moved between mills and lathes), adjustable, economical, relatively easy cleanup. Emphasis is on general machine work - some jobs seem happier with flood or non-aqueous coolant.
