Three friends with it, multiple friends in medicine treating it, lots of people dying from it...but yup, it's just imaginary.

Great deal of mystery being unraveled. Lot MORE yet to go.

Remember the alleged SARS link though Civit cats? Housecats and "Big" cats in a zoo are now showing up with COVID-19.

So it ain't just Horshoe Bats, Pangolins, and such.

Likewise, hints from research as to COVID-19 vulnerability to already in the body antibodies for SARS.

There will be more. Medical Science is operating at a speed and degree of technical precision as never before existed. It will get far better, yet, and continue to accelerate. The "Holy Grail" of a "broad spectrum" vaccine to help with this one and OTHERS not yet seen now starting to shape up.

Instant-gratification we are fresh out of. FAST we still have and will further improve.

No big surprise there. One of the first drugs they tried against it is used for feline infectious peritonitis.

Knowing what that is, it actually seems on-target. Results?

Then again, most anything is probably being "tried".

Piperazine Adipate is effective at what it is used for. But it roots originated in the aniline dyes developed for the textiles industry!

Weird humour? Funny as all get-out if whatever makes DJT's hair weird-orangey turned out to be able to cure COVID-19 as well as it seems able to generate "TDS".

    "Oy!" Talk about Hobson's choice!

Well.. there you have it. Hobson's choice.

What is on-offer. Or nothing at all.

If what you believe is true, might be the FIRST folks should stop trying so hard to bite him in the ass every few minutes?

Trying to temper my wicked ways, so I stopped short of suggesting that - treatable as it is if caught in time - undetected rabies virus has a FAR worse mortality rate.

AFAIK, the only way to survive it is to morph it to "TDS" virus.

    Or run for Congress?

    BOTH do yah?

And now we are back into "what goes around, comes around" territory, ain't we?

    Ultimately?

Those that surrender their reason in pursuit of dogma or in blind following of a charlatan deserve what they get.

The casualties of dogma or charlatans do not, however. Who compensates us?

Interesting / confusing data on respirator use
Page not found | The COVID Tracking Project

should it be 612 patients on respirators?

That number seems low compared to the energy being expended on their necessity.

Perhaps it is an entry error. Certainly the current and cumulative data is interposed.

Oh, the explanation is provided in the text below the panel. Sorry.

But, looking at States information sets, It appears like the N/As exceed any reasonableness.

I would call this page junk information.

    Sorry to waste time.

He, and those like him on this board, have not a second's hesitation to shit on reality and then light it on fire if it suits their needs. Lies are literally truths to these people. They are functionally unable to comprehend anything contrary to their worship of djt as being valid.

Fanatics, in the very most base sense of the word.

We where divided enough before this started.

Maybe agree to disagree and I think most here know I love a debate but do not disrespect. Walk a mile in the others shoes and maybe you would be them.

Bob, the viciousness is unfortunate (and sure, I've been part of it), but there's two things going on here:

Some of us have railed against individual members, so that's a "-1" in the tally of unpleasantness for each occurrence.

But others have lobbed shells the other way at two things. The members like me, and at objective truth. They seek to destroy reality too, as it offends them and interferes with their goals (which to my mind are the further perversion of democracy). Those tally a far higher negative score with each round.

Unfortunate that we won't all be friends. But if the cost was my denying truth and fact, then we could never be friends to start with.

From the spectator.org (whatever that is)
It will surprise no one that the most recent demographic data released by New York City’s Department of Health reveals that the City’s elderly — those over 65 years old — make up 70 percent of all deaths from Wa Hoo Flu in NYC facilities. As of Friday, April 3, there were 1,584 Wa Hoo flu deaths in New York City. Males continue to dominate the demographics of death with 985 deaths for males vs. 597 deaths for females. Queens continues to lead the death rates in the five boroughs with 499 deaths out of the total of 1,584 coming from Queens. But the Bronx is a close second with 438 deaths. Brooklyn reports 388 deaths with Manhattan reporting 179 deaths, and Staten Island with 79. Overwhelmingly, the deaths are occurring among those with underlying medical conditions including diabetes, lung disease, cancer, immunodeficiency, heart disease, hypertension, asthma, kidney disease and GI/liver disease.
This is the real story of Wa Hoo flu. Those without underlying conditions—including elderly people without underlying conditions—are highly unlikely to die. As the April 3 data demonstrates, only one NYC person without underlying conditions age 65 to 74 died of the virus, and only 3 individuals age 75 and over died of Wa Hoo flu. That’s a total of 4 deaths of elderly people without underlying conditions out of 1,584 deaths from Wa Hoo flu.

No...he’s just different. Probably just me still shocked he’s a trumper. I mean, I’d totally put him as a never-fuckin-Hillary, but trump is a con man.

Bill.....you worried about your wife? She’s still in hk isn’t she? Do you sleep? You post at all times of the day.

You know you aren’t getting the ‘Rona right? With the amount you smoke, big tobacco isn’t gonna let you go from some measily virus. They still send you a Christmas card?

Actually, I saw something that said that smokers are underrepresented, which seems opposite of what one would expect....but smoking is weird like that.
