Gates is the talking head behind the world economic forum and all the 201 pandemic vids etc doing the rounds on youtube (via his Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation).
He's already on record saying that everyone will need a vaccine and a bit of paper to then say you're "clean" so can travel. Because you won't be allowed to travel without it. The UK government (Matt Hancock)have in the last couple of days rolled that one out talking to Sky news.
He's also BIG at pushing the technology behind an individual biometric tattoo - so the person having the vaccine will then have a unique identifier.
What's it worth? Vaccine market for next year is suggested to be 58bill - so Bill wants some more pie.

I personally despise the windows spying/data logging, which has happened for many many years.
    Bill owned that too.

I totally agree that the shutting down of the economy is bat Shit crazy.

Taiwan embraced testing early on, and they nipped it in the bud. Not sure where or what pointed me to this video....but it a very interesting point being made by the Taiwanese. And I totally agree that we can’t trust the Chinese Communist Government. It’s not they have ulterior motives....their motives are clear as day. China wants to dominate. They’ve been very clear about that.

We are such good friends with Germany that if they came up with something Trump would be on like a bear on honey.

No I am not defending Trump, He speaks what comes first to his thoughts..often that is not a good thing.

Healthy diet and habits help avoid sickness but once you are sick the best medicine is best.
Most investors in drug companies will tell you that a large number go bust.
Oh ---I am not a doctor.

How did you read "hate" into my post?

It's not about hating drug companies but simply realizing that we must not let their quest for profits be used as an excuse to hold the entire country hostage. At times, Dr. Fauci and others have suggested "we" need to keep people at home until we get vaccines and/or a treatment.

In light of that we need to be aware that many times in history a corporation's desire for profits has led to decisions that were bad for the people in general with tobacco companies being a blatant example.

The country simply cannot survive with large numbers of the population on lockdown/shutdown for months at a time. What would emerge would be something resembling one of those "shit hole" countries where a relatively small privileged elite would control an impoverished and dependent population. That such an outcome would be eagerly sought by those who would be members of the privileged class is exactly why the President is correct that this must end soon. If we stay shut down for months those who want to tear down what exists and replace it with their Youtopian vision (corporatism at the top and socialism for the masses) would win, achieving through "virus control" what they have sought for decades and been unable to achieve through the political process.

I actually agree with you there. And yes...I saw Bill touting his vaccines for all. And the first thought I had....because I’m one cynical son of a bitch....is that here’s Bill Gates trying to save the world....when just 15 years ago he was bitching about the overpopulation of the world.
Windows is an extremely predatory company. Ruthlessly predatory. That’s why I’m an Apple guy. I’d rather pay more to avoid windows spying.

But....that said..., I do believe in vaccines. Without vaccines...we’d still be fighting infantile polio....smallpox...etc

What makes you think there isn't some major event being masked by the 24/7 "coronavirus" coverage? Wouldn't be the first time.

Humans will survive/ the weak ones will fall and the survivors will be stronger.

I'm going to try not to be one that falls if I can..wearing a mask and the precautions /healthy diet and habits.

Yes, in a way we are messing with evolution by doing this. Long-term not good for humanity ... but we probably won't have a long term anyhow because we are clever but stupid.

This is what I'd like to see. Transparency.

I'd like to see a real, non-partisan investigation into this whole clusterfuck following this.

I'd like to see what companies stand to gain, and if anyone in the decision making process stands to gain from ownership in those companies (and see that there was no special treatment).

I'd like to see the four senators who chose to make very intelligent financial decisions, following a confidential briefing, legally hung by their toenails so to speak.

I'd like to see if closing down pandemic response units lowered our ability to react.

I'd like to see why we only allowed the CDC to manufacture tests.

I want to see this, not as a witchhunt...but as a retrospective study, understanding that we WILL find mistakes we made. Frankly, short of profiteering, I don't care if people are held responsible. I don't care if it's done before the election. But I want this so that when this happens again, and it will happen again, we don't repeat the same bang your head on the wall mistakes.

This scenario has been high on the list of financial firms worst nightmares for years. Why were we caught with our pants down.

Figures you would think that. Heavy punishment is still at a all time high here. You say heinous crimes and that would be those that you decide personally on based upon your deliberating and grounded rationally?
