I am currently looking at needing a progressive die made for an upcoming job.
I have started to try making a simple one my own
http://www.practicalmachinist.com/vb/general/need-advice-making-progressive-punch-229388/
and have gained enough experience to realize that this unit would be way above my pay grade.
What I need is a ballpark figure ( nearest $1000) as to the cost of making a die to punch these parts.
I don't need a firm quote yet but am looking for someone with the time and capability to make this.
The good side:
If this works out it will be paid 1/2 up front and I'll put you up here
Booking.com: hotel Wyndham Grand Desert, Las Vegas, U.S.A. - 25 Guest reviews. Book your hotel now!
for two days while we prove out the die with the remainder paid when done.
None of this 120 day nonsense.

Material to be punched will be .063" 6061 T6 or 5052 alum.
