I have a new to me Criterion DBL-202 that came with an adjustable shaft. I think that it is called a "tenths shaft". See the picture. Does anyone have instructions for this or know how to disassemble it? It appears that in usage you back out the lock screw and twist. Mine appears to be gummed up or seized and I want to take it apart and sort. thanks
