I'm changing out the fluids in a 13-5 Romi/Tormax/Bridgeport 13-5 Lathe. Apron is done.

The manual is confounding me. Seems there are 3 areas that need fluid: apron, headstock and below that the gearbox. The manual shows fill and drain locations for those 3. But then on one page it lists 4 lubricants in four locations noting a 'gear box' and a 'feedbox'. The 'gearbox' listed as taking a grease.

Cut and pasted from the manual:

"Gear box ......,.,,...., GN-1 .._. 24oo hours (l2 months)
Headstock .............. ONH-32 .. 2.0 2.I 1200 hours (6 months)
Feedbox ............... ONR-150 . 0.5 0.53 .... l200hours (6ronths)
Apron.................. ONR-l50. 0.5 0.53 .... 4oohours (2ronths)
periodical lubrication . OEM-1 ...

ONH-32 - ls a high-grade paraffinic base oil, containing oxidation resistance, rust
protection and antifoam additives. viscosity 32 cSt at 4o9C.

GN-1 - ls a multiple purpose lithium base lubricating grease of medium consistency

NLGl-2. ONR-l50- ls a high-grade paraffinic base oil, containing oxidation resistance, rust
protection and antifoam additives. viscosity l50 cSt at 4o9C.

OEM-1 - ls a paraffinic, naphta or mixed base oil without additives. Viscosity l50
cst at 4o9C."

The next page shows 3 locations and uses different terms:

"Headstock" "Feed Gear Box" "Apron".

I don't know what the 'gearbox' grease is all about as the box has oil filler/drain.

Anyways, what are some good recommendations/equivalents for the headstock and gearbox? The recs in the manual are dated.
