Hey all, long time lurker, first time poster.
I just scored a package deal on a 1957 DoAll 16-3 bandsaw with 3spd transmission and hydraulic feed as well as late 60's or early 70's Clausing 2277 drill press. Both are three phase, but I'll be using a VFD to run off my shop power.
Maybe a dumb question, but I see a lot more DoAll 1612-3 than the 16-3. Was the 1612 just the next generation of the 16-3?
Both machines should be arriving next week (Merry Christmas to me), and then I'll see what I am in for...
Any info/advice is greatly appreciated and I hope I posted in the right forum for this question.
