Book DoAll Contour Saws offered both - such as the V36 band saw came with three different file bands. Seems reasonable to expect that these used differing guides

Pretty sure B.F. is a band file not band saw so no your machine is not built to accept saw blade guides, among other problems. Post pics and we can comment more.

I doubt you can get a high enough fpm to run a blade.
