Does anyone know how to make a square tube bend die for an automated tube bender?

Hello all!
So at work I have been put in charge of transferring all tube currently bent on our Pines and Wallace over to our BLM Elect 52. Along with that includes a couple different sizes of square tubing. The current size of square tubing that I'm trying to figure out is 1 1/4 square 12 gauge wall thickness. We currently have a clamp and following die that would work to bend it but not a bend die. I've designed a couple revs and the boss man didn't like it. Unfortunately I don't have any experience in bending square tubing so I'm kind of lost. I've google searched many times and haven't got any real answers. Im leaning more towards making it out of laser cut plates just to save on costs. If anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated!

I’ve always made them out of plates with either a round rod bent down the center...or a plate in the center.

Clamping together with bolts or cam clamps.
