Default Experience with Chicago Pneumatic QRS series compressors?

Looking at a used CP QRS7.5. Hour meter reads about 16000 hours, owner says maintenance is up to date. The QRS stands for "quiet rotary screw" and I'm curious to hear what people that own or have experience with these say about them, how quiet are they compared to other screws, how expensive is maintenance, what are your thoughts on one with that high of hours, what has your downtime been like?

Buying to use at home, will probably not see continuous use like it did in its previous life but rather short periods of continuous use running air tools and a blast cabinet. Looking at rotary screws to keep noise down and avoid bothering the neighbors with a piston compressor.

Not sure , but I've heard rule of thumb for rotary screws is about 45K hrs if well maintained. I just put 53K hrs on a Atlas Capco 15HP before the screw laid down on me. Replaced with another 20 HP for 14K.
