Process:
Cold forge - heat treatment - thread rolling

The thread's cylindrical key parameter after heat treatment:
Surface hardness: HV 350 to HV465

The thread parameter after thread rolling:
Flank angle one side: 30 degree
Flank angle another side: 10 degree
The height of the screw: 0.765 mm

If possible, can you recommend the roller's material ?
Wish this roller can make at least 10,000 pcs
